This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from The Standard Lab (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that this Policy forms part of our Terms of Sale, including our mandatory arbitration agreement and class-action waiver.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Where Offered)
The Standard Lab offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible consumable products where such a guarantee is expressly offered at the time of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the terms and limitations outlined in this Policy.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund under the 30-day guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must have been used only as directed and for personal use

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period are not eligible and will not be approved under any circumstances.
3. Product Returns
Due to the nature of consumable products:

Physical returns are not required and will not be accepted

Customers should not mail products back unless explicitly instructed by the Company
This policy exists for health, safety, and quality-control reasons.
4. Refund Limitations & Exclusions
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Refund requests submitted outside the 30-day guarantee period

Shipping and handling fees

Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the guarantee period

Orders or charges that occur after the 30-day window has expired

Requests that do not meet the eligibility requirements stated in this Policy

Multiple or excessive refund requests from the same customer, household, billing profile, or payment method (at the Company’s discretion)
No exceptions are made beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee.
5. Subscriptions & Money-Back Guarantee
If a product is purchased through a subscription and a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is offered:

The guarantee applies only to the customer’s first subscription shipment

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery of the initial subscription order

Subsequent subscription renewals, recurring shipments, or rebills are not eligible for refunds
Customers are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions prior to renewal.
Failure to cancel a subscription before a renewal date does not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
7. Fraud, Abuse & Policy Enforcement
The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases involving:

Excessive or repeated refund claims

Chargeback abuse

Violation of product use instructions

Attempts to circumvent this Policy
We may also restrict or refuse future purchases at our discretion.
